Yes the following are the rules of the ProBoards Term of Service (that I as an admin and a member of ProBoards abide too) and the rules of the forum that I expect everyone to follow. I plan to keep my rules short, sweet, needed, and to the point so please don't make me have to add more in the future.
TOS
One
Sex
No sex. This means no details of how two people sleep together. And no role plays of having sex. If you really need to just say it happen and be done with it.
Two
Drugs
No supporting of illegal drugs. Otherwise being an idiot and screaming, "WEED IS GOOD FOR YOU I SUPPORT IT!" will get you a ticket to bandland.
Three
Beer
No supporting the used of illegal alcohol. In case you're confused by this it means no supporting "underage" drinking.
Four
Porn
No posting porn. Whatever the heck you do in your own time is your business but you don't have to share that porn crap on here we'll most likely have young ones on here that don't need to be exposed to such things yet. This also includes pictures of body parts not meant to be seen in the public.

Underage Members
Sorry kids but the people at ProBoards have an "age" limit. Anyone under the age of 13 cannot join the site. So sorry. Feel free to come back when you reach 13.

Rating
The content of this website can only reach the rating of PG-13. So anything you seen in a PG-13 movie and under is allowed here. Good old "R" and "X" stuff will have to stay in your minds...

SPEAK ENGLISH! No seriously content on these websites need to be in English. A sentence and what not is fine. But other than that speak English... Thanks... I don't wanna have to take out a bloody translator when reading your posts...

No being a jackass racist. No insulting someone for the color of their skin. Or I'll go Martin Luther King Jr on your ass. It's not tolerated by the TOS but even if it was I still wouldn't tolerate it. So keep your narrow minded racist slurs to yourself. Thank you.

Respect the staff and non-staff members alike. It's my site so I have the right to allow and not allow what I please. As long as they don't violate the TOS. Also respect your fellow members. I know not everyone who joins will get along, it's human nature. Though I'd hope people could get along. But if not keep it to yourselves. Bring the issue between the two of you in private and don't bring your "drama" onto my site...

Spamming will not be tolerated. This mean one line posts, totally useless and irrelevant replies to threads, double posting (unless in character bios) and constant posting of your site links and PMing it. Wanna advertise? See your sig? See that space in your profile that ask for a site name and URL? Well, there you go. You can advertise in no other area of the site.

Bio
Everyone need to make a character bio. It is the most important thing in a role play. You cannot start the role play experience without a bio. We ask that it make sense, doesn't just have random parts that don't make sense. And isn't a mary sue. Other words a bio need to have some flaws about the character.

God Modding
Do not God Mode. In other words there are three different types of god modding.
1. First form is being all powerful, having no weaknesses whatsoever and hence I would call you "cheep" since godly characters are unfair in battle. And I'll remove your character if you keep it up.
2. Second form of god modding is controlling another person character. You do not have the right to make another member's character move, take injury, or anything else in that matter.
3. Third form of god modding is being a Mary Sue. This means your character is perfect and has no flaws. Every character must have a flaw, no exception. You can't be perfect in real life neither can you be perfect here.

Auto Killing
You aren't allowed to just auto kill an opponent in battle. Only times are you permitted to auto kill is when,
The other member agrees to it.
They broke the god modding rule of being unstoppable and a staff member grants you permission to end them.
They won't accept defeat in a battle and it's the only way to end it.
Other times are not allowed. The same goes with "auto hitting" unless there it's a fair move that has no fair way to dodge it.

Out of Character/In Character
Keep the correct content in the right board. OOC should be posted in the OOC board. IC should be posted in the RP boards. The only OOC comments during a role play should be the ones such as (g2g bbl). Short, sweet, and to the point.

Sig Sizes
Keep sigs at a reasonable size. 600x200 is the sig limit. Anything over that will be removed without warning. Some people don't have big screens and it made stretch theirs out. So please think of others when putting an image in your sig.
Eight
Swearing
Yes you can swear any word you heard used in a PG-13 movie. As long as you aren't swearing at a member in OOC or anything like that it's fine.
If you break the rules the following action will be taken:
1. Verbal Warning
2. Written Warning in your Custom Title
3. Disable your account for a number of days (depends on offense)
4. Ban your account for a number of days (depends on offense)
5. Banned with no hope of coming back.
Depending on how bad some offenses are I might skip a step.
