Scientists have studied parallel universes for hundreds- no…thousands-of years within various timeframes of any given universe. They believed that there was a Parallel universe co-existing with that of our own, right in front of us, without us even knowing. In what now is Crystal Tokyo, scientists have gathered enough technology and evidence to prove that a Parallel Universe does exist! Curious by what this other universe might seem or look like they have invented a machine. This machine is not only meant for us to see this other universe but it is meant to combine them. While this machine had gone untouched for quite some time, the machine had caused many scientists to ponder various questions: What would happen if they were to use it? What consequences or benefits could arise from combining universes… what would happen if it fell... in the wrong hands???
In every group there is always one who decides to go against authority, in this case the orders of the King and Queen, to figure out what exactly what this machine could do exactly. Yet when the portal had been established, a reign of winds would swarm all over through Crystal Tokyo and it’s neighboring islands; It’s said that even the mainland felt the aftershock of the hurricane styled winds. The winds were so strong and immense that it would cause chaos to reign in the city causing the buildings and the natural landscape to be destroyed; however, the winds weren’t necessarily winds yet a rather strong energy that was coming from the portal.
Creatures from the portal began to appear throughout various cities, not only in Japan, but all over Earth, scattered in different locations causing the locals of our universe to be in a constant state of confusion and ah. New people and new buildings would merge into our world and due to the location and size of some buildings, they would tumble and break. The new buildings in our world would be appear to be far more advance, the architecture had been different, and some were not even made of the same material as that of most of the buildings within Crystal Tokyo. Within this new universe, time moves faster than our own time. They are hundreds if not thousands of years ahead of our civilization. Our own minds could not even understand or comprehend some of their own technology.
Yet with like every civilization, they did not only bring a whole new world to discover but they bought their problems along as well, some which we are not ready to handle as of yet. The one we try to not get into: War. The enemy, an alien race, was angered by the fact that our counterparts had entered into their universe and believed that the only reason for them entering into it was to take something of their own. Threatened by the intrusion war had began. The senshi of this new universe, like ours, defended and keep on defending their planet yet there is one main problem. They will not tolerate any type of interference.
The senshi of our world, after discovering this war that we have been placed in between as, offered their assistance since many of their battles they had no choice but to interfere with yet even then the Senshi of this parallel universe stood against them considering them to be enemies just as did everyone else from this new universe. Because of the response of the newcomers of seeing us as enemies a lot of civil wars have commenced between many countries causing numerous deaths for the sole reason that they could not get along. The reason, no one knows yet there are some who believe it was due to the difference of intellectual levels others just differences within the cultures.
Two years later, both wards still continue many still pray that things will get better but others keep a grim outlook for the future. Two worlds merging into one, Coalescence, a Sailor Moon RPG taking place in the 30th Century.
